We accept credit card payment thru a PCI compliant secured payment portal.
- Can I use a Credit Card?
All major credit cards are accepted.
- Payment Schedule
Payments are due automatically on a month to month basis. A month advance notice is required for all cancellations.
- What is the Billing Period?
Month to month, with a one month advance notice for cancellations.
- Resetting my Password
Use the "Forgot your password?" link in the login screen. Directions will be emailed to the email address on file.
- Can I Add Another User?
Unfortunately only one customer portal user is available per account.
- Update Profile Settings
Profile settings (email, phone, address) can be updated in the customer portal.
- Email Notification
All accounts have the option to receive email message notifications.
- Text Notification Costs
Complete Packages have the option to receive text messages instead of email messages.
- Account Managers
Starter packages will have Account Managers by committee, the account Manager on duty will handle any issues for the client. Complete package clients will have assigned Account Managers who will handle all issues for the client.
